Unspoken Love: A Soulful Night of Music, Poetry, Theatre, and Romance (HINDI)& (MARATHI)

Celebrate love throughout Valentine’s month with a special double-bill event featuring music, poetry, and theatre. This unique evening offers two captivating experiences in one show.

The night begins with Unspoken Love: Variety Open Mic Show, a 45-minute showcase of South Asian artistry. Five talented Desi artists, along with a headliner, perform soulful poetry, live music, and singing in Hindi, all set in an intimate and candlelit setting. Line up will be announced closer to the show date.

In the second half, enjoy Akathya – Some Things Are Best Unspoken, an award-winning romantic comedy play in Hindi. This 50-minute production explores love through humor and heartfelt moments, making it a perfect blend of emotion and entertainment.

About the play – In this black-and-white fantasy of timeless love, two souls who once shared an unspoken bond find themselves reunited after decades apart. Now in their seventies but appearing as their vibrant 20-year-old selves, they are drawn into a magical realm where love remains forever young.

Under extraordinary circumstances, their paths cross again in Canada, setting the stage for an emotional journey through shared memories, unresolved emotions, and long-buried secrets. As they revisit the echoes of their past, their connection is tested and redefined in ways neither could have anticipated.
